The purpose of the title is to keep the spectator engaged within the painting. I chose this specific space (lower part of the composition) for the title to draw attention to the quiet presence of these lines amidst the strong colours. I will try to explain the creative process behind this. At first, I imagined a solid triangle with mass in this space but it didn't feel satisfying. I then experimented with linear drawing of a triangle aiming to keep one side open to reduce its visual weight allowing it to linger subtly in the space. I drew lines within the triangular form so that it would resemble a raw transparent structure of a triangle. I thought isn't that fascinating? :) In the upper part of the composition there's a black plastic that comes from a garbage bag. I recently fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle. To keep the dynaplast bandage dry I cover my foot with this bag. Other elements like empty medicine strips and a doctor's prescription also appear in the composition.
